Most contractors hire an expensive architect to design and draw their customer’s home.

A service Pridgen Homes provides is an in-house design/drafting service. Jamie is skilled and educated in design and drafting.  He has successfully designed (and built) over 75 homes in the past 9 years.  Ranging from 1200 to 5300 heated and cooled square feet.

Jamie also is the point of contact for all customers of Pridgen Homes.  After meeting with a customer, he then designs and draws the project.  If the customer is pleased with the drawing, Jamie then estimates the project and prepares the contract. Once signed, he then walks the customer through the project until completion. He is the one point of contact during the entire process!

Another service the Pridgens offer is a free interior decorator. Our decorator has a well organized and rather large show room full of items from which customers may choose.  Common items like wood floors and tile are offered, as well as cabinet color, shingle color, soffit color, bricks and stone, granite and cultured marble color, pool/patio pavers,  wall paper, door knobs- you name it, they have it right there in the show room!
